Visit the Chrome Web Store (or Microsoft Edge Add-ons store), search for “ChatGPT Toolbox”, and click “Add to Chrome” (or “Get” for Edge). The extension installs in seconds and starts working immediately on chatgpt.com — no account creation required for the free plan.
Yes. ChatGPT Toolbox works with OpenAI’s ChatGPT web interface at chatgpt.com, including all models (GPT-4o, GPT-4, o1, o3, etc.) and all ChatGPT plans (Free, Plus, Pro, Team, Enterprise). It also works with custom GPTs.
Currently, ChatGPT Toolbox is available on Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Firefox and Safari versions are not available at this time, but we’re evaluating future browser support based on user demand.

Save your best prompts to a personal library for one-click reuse. You can also create prompt chains — sequences of prompts that execute one after another. Free users get 2 prompts; Premium unlocks unlimited prompts, chains, and access to 100+ pre-built prompts.
Yes — Premium users can bulk delete, bulk archive, bulk unarchive, and bulk export conversations. Select multiple chats and perform the action in one click. Export formats include TXT and JSON.
Convert any ChatGPT message to an MP3 audio file with one click. Free users get 1 voice option; Premium users can choose from 9 different voices. You can also download Advanced Voice Mode conversations.
The Usage Tracker monitors your ChatGPT activity — messages sent (by mode: Instant, Thinking, Auto), time spent, rate limit status, activity streaks, and estimated API costs. Free users see today’s summary and rate limits. Premium adds history charts, activity heatmaps, detailed statistics, Wrapped-style shareable summaries (weekly/monthly/yearly), and cloud sync for usage data.

Yes. The Basic plan is completely free with core features including up to 2 folders, 2 pinned chats, 2 prompts, media gallery, audio download, basic usage tracking, cross-device sync, and more. No credit card required. Premium unlocks everything with no limits.
They include the exact same features — unlimited folders, prompts, bulk actions, full usage tracker, and more. The only difference is billing: Premium is $9.99/month (cancel anytime), while Premium Lifetime is a one-time $99 payment that gives you permanent access, including every future update. Most users choose Lifetime because it pays for itself in under 10 months.
Absolutely. Upgrade from Basic to Premium anytime, or switch from Monthly to Lifetime whenever you’re ready. Your data, folders, and prompts carry over seamlessly — nothing is lost when you switch plans.
Your folders, prompts, and settings stay in your browser. If you cancel Premium, you keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to Basic limits (2 folders, 2 prompts, etc.). Your data isn’t deleted — if you upgrade again later, everything is still there.
Billing & Refunds
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy — we never see or store your card details.
Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel your Premium subscription at any time. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.

Price changes do not affect your active subscription until the next renewal. Lifetime license holders are never affected by future price changes — you locked in your price forever.
Security & Privacy
Your ChatGPT conversations never leave your browser — we cannot see, access, or store your conversation content. The only data synced to our servers (for cross-device sync) is folder names, prompts, chat/message IDs, and usage stats — all encrypted at rest. We use a zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we cannot read your synced data.
We do not collect personal data from the extension or our website. We don’t use cookies. We don’t run analytics on our website or inside the extension (Google Analytics is only on our Chrome Web Store listing, managed by Google). Your payment details are handled by LemonSqueezy — we only receive your email and payment status.
Yes. All conversation data stays in your browser. Synced data is encrypted at rest on our servers and we cannot read it. We comply with GDPR requirements including data access, rectification, erasure, and portability rights. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Uninstalling removes all locally stored data from your browser immediately. Server-side synced data (folders, prompts, IDs) remains until you request deletion by emailing support@infi-dev.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Enterprise & Teams
Enterprise gives your entire team access to all Premium features, plus an admin dashboard for member and seat management, centralized billing with a single invoice, and team usage analytics. It’s designed for organizations that want to roll out ChatGPT Toolbox across their team with full control.
Enterprise starts at $12 per seat per month (or $10/seat billed annually — save 17%) with a 5-seat minimum. You only pay for active seats. Add or remove team members anytime from your admin dashboard, and billing adjusts automatically.

From the Admin Dashboard, go to Seats and use the +/- controls. Adding seats charges a prorated amount for the remaining billing period. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal.
Yes — switch anytime from the Dashboard billing page. Proration is automatic: upgrade credits are applied immediately, and downgrade credits roll to your next invoice.
Removed members revert to the free plan. Their data is preserved, and they can purchase a Premium plan individually to regain full access.
Unlimited — all seats are the same price. Admin is a role, not a separate billing tier. You can have as many admins as you need.
Your team keeps full access for 5 days while we retry payment. Update your payment method in the billing portal to avoid losing access.
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription to access your billing portal, where you can cancel anytime. Your team keeps access until the end of the current billing period.
Yes — seats are only assigned when someone accepts an invite. If all seats are filled when someone tries to accept, they’ll see a ‘no seats available’ message.
