Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy outlines the plans, pricing, billing terms, and refund conditions for ChatGPT Toolbox ("the Extension"), operated by Infi Developments ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Available Plans
Basic Plan (Free)
- Access to core extension features with usage limits (up to 2 folders, 2 pinned chats, 2 prompts, 5 search results).
- Includes basic usage tracker (today's summary and rate limit status), sync between devices and browsers, word & character counter, multi-language support, and text direction (RTL/LTR).
- Free of charge, no credit card required.
Premium Plan (Monthly Subscription)
- Full, unlimited access to all extension features including unlimited folders, subfolders, prompts, prompt chains, pinned chats, and advanced search.
- Includes bulk actions (delete, archive, unarchive, export), full prompt library (100+ prompts), export to TXT/JSON, full usage tracker (history charts, heatmap, detailed stats, Wrapped summaries, cloud sync), and 24-hour support response time.
- Price: $9.99 per month, billed monthly.
- Subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
Premium Lifetime (One-Time Payment)
- All Premium features — identical functionality to the monthly plan.
- Pay once and keep full access forever, including all future updates.
- Priority support with top-priority response time.
- Price: $99 (one-time payment).
- No recurring charges. No expiration.
Enterprise Plan (Per-Seat Subscription)
- All Premium features for every team member, plus admin dashboard, seat management, centralized billing, and team usage analytics.
- Dedicated priority support with 12-hour response time.
- Price: $12 per seat/month (monthly billing) or $10 per seat/month (annual billing — save 17%).
- Minimum 5 seats required.

Enterprise Plan Billing
Enterprise plans are billed on a per-seat basis. Each seat costs $12 per month on monthly billing, or $10 per month on annual billing (billed as $120/seat/year).
- Adding seats mid-cycle: When you add seats during an active billing period, the cost is automatically prorated for the remaining days in the current cycle. The new seat is activated immediately.
- Removing seats: Seat removals take effect at the start of the next renewal period. The removed member retains access until the current billing cycle ends, and you will not be charged for that seat on the next invoice.
- Minimum seats: Enterprise plans require a minimum of 5 seats at all times.
- Switching billing frequency: You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the admin dashboard. When switching, any remaining balance from your current plan is automatically prorated and applied as credit toward the new billing frequency.
2. Pricing and Currency
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
- Prices are inclusive of all applicable fees. Any local taxes or currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period, and existing Lifetime license holders will not be affected.
- Promotional or discounted pricing is valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
We do not store your payment details. All payment information is securely handled by LemonSqueezy in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
4. Billing and Automatic Renewal
Monthly Premium Plan:
- Your subscription is billed on the same date each month. Payment is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Enterprise Plan:
- Billed monthly or annually based on the number of active seats.
- Seats can be added or removed at any time from the admin dashboard. Changes are prorated for the current billing period.
- Invoices are issued per billing cycle and sent to the billing administrator's email.
Premium Lifetime:
- A single payment is charged at the time of purchase. No future billing occurs.
5. Refund Policy
- Eligibility: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal.
- How to request: Send an email to support@infi-dev.com with your registered email address and transaction details.
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- After the refund period: Requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
- Upon refund: Your account will revert to the Basic (Free) plan immediately. Data stored locally in your browser will remain accessible, but Premium features will be disabled.
6. Cancellation
Monthly Premium Plan:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — no contracts, no cancellation fees.
- After cancellation, you retain full access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- Once the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Basic (Free) plan. Your data (folders, prompts, etc.) remains in your browser but feature limits will apply.
Enterprise Plan:
- The billing administrator may cancel the Enterprise subscription at any time.
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period for all team members.
- Individual seats can be removed without cancelling the entire plan.
Premium Lifetime:
- Lifetime access does not require cancellation — it has no recurring charges or expiration date.
7. Plan Changes and Upgrades
- Free to Premium: You can upgrade from the Basic plan to any paid plan at any time. Premium features activate immediately upon successful payment.
- Monthly to Lifetime: You can switch from a monthly subscription to the Lifetime plan at any time. Your monthly subscription will be cancelled and Lifetime access will begin immediately.
- Individual to Enterprise: Contact us at support@infi-dev.com to migrate your account to an Enterprise plan.
- Data continuity: All your data (folders, prompts, pins, bookmarks) carries over seamlessly when switching between plans. No data is lost during plan changes.
8. Failed Payments and Reactivation
- If a scheduled payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), your subscription will become inactive.
- While inactive, Premium features will be disabled but your data remains intact in your browser.
- To reactivate, update your payment method and renew your subscription. Access is restored immediately upon successful payment.
- Inactive periods are not credited or extended — your new billing cycle starts from the reactivation date.
9. Free Trial
We do not currently offer free trials for paid plans. However, the Basic (Free) plan is available indefinitely and provides access to core features so you can evaluate the extension before purchasing.
10. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Pricing Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes to pricing or refund terms will be communicated in advance via the extension or email where possible.
